One of the ways to become even more super and successful is to make sure that people are getting proper nutrition and exercise. This doesn’t mean that every meal has to be healthy, or that they need to become a gym rat. It does mean that some form of moderate exercise needs to be completed about 4-5 times a week and that the amount of sugars and junk foods are kept to a minimum.
