Portola is a two-day electronic and dance music festival held indoors and outdoors at Pier 80. Doors open at 1pm both days with an 11pm curfew. It is a 21+ event and there is no festival parking, so the organizers point people to Muni’s T Third line, Caltrain or a free shuttle from 24th St. Mission BART.
