San Francisco Rec and Park’s yearly free Halloween party takes over Sigmund Stern Grove on Friday, October 30, the day before Halloween, from 3pm to 9pm. Rec and Park lists a haunted house, carnival rides, a haunted maze, arts and crafts and live entertainment, with food for sale.
It is billed as free Halloween fun for the entire family, so come in costume and bring warm layers: the grove sits among the eucalyptus at 19th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard and gets cool once the sun goes down.
