Starting Service

For water and sewer, SFPUC offers an online start-service form or the 415-551-3000 line, open 8 to 5 and 9 to 4:30 on Wednesdays, excluding holidays. Water and sewer bills can be paid through MyAccount BillPay, SF Water EZ-Pay (card limit $1,000 per 30 days), auto-pay, an automated line at 844-737-8222, by mail, in person at 525 Golden Gate Avenue weekdays 9 to 4:30, or in cash at 7-Eleven with an EZ-Pay barcode (minimum $10). Power bills use My Account – Power or SF Power EZ-Pay.
