How SF Daily Works
Each day’s questions are drawn from three things we keep checked against official sources:
- Our directory of places: which neighborhood a park, museum, cafe or gallery is in, using the city’s own neighborhood boundaries (DataSF Analysis Neighborhoods).
- The Closed & Moved tracker: businesses that still appear in older guides but have closed, moved or been renamed, confirmed against the city’s business register and the business’s own announcements.
- The events calendar: which events are free and which are coming up this week, as published by each organizer.
