San Francisco’s first Children’s Business Fair, part of the Acton Children’s Business Fair network, fills the San Francisco County Fair Building in Golden Gate Park on Sunday, October 11, from 9am to noon. Kids ages 5 to 14 come up with their own businesses, build a brand and sell to real customers from up to 45 booths.
Entry is free for visitors, and the organizer invites shoppers to RSVP on the fair’s page. The fair is indoors, at tables set up inside the building. The venue doesn’t allow food or drink sales, so the booths sell non-food products, which makes it a good morning for small gifts, crafts and cheering on young entrepreneurs. Booth applications are closed.
