Cancelled. San Francisco Opera cancelled Opera in the Park on Sunday, September 13, 2026, citing ongoing contract negotiations with its orchestra.
San Francisco Opera’s orchestra and stars of the new season usually perform about two hours of arias and duets in Golden Gate Park. Bring a blanket and a picnic; it’s a relaxed way to introduce kids to opera.
